The main pavilion is furnished with a large sofa, Smart TV and dining table for 10, while the kitchen features useful appliances and a service bar. Free wi-fi is also available. By the beach is a sala with cosy daybeds and loungers: the perfect spot for a quiet read, relaxing massage, calming yoga session, or a breezy al fresco meal.

All five bedrooms are stylishly designed with traditional Thai teakwood floors, charming furnishings accented with rattan, and local artefacts. Each air-conditioned bedroom also features a king-sized bed, safety deposit box for your peace of mind, and walk-in dressing area for that extra sprinkling of luxury. The ensuite bathrooms come with an ornamental garden and walk-in rain shower and, in the case of the master suite, an additional sunken stone bathtub. The master suite is also furnished with a smart TV.

Rates
Rates include Welcome drink, daily breakfast, complimentary WiFi, and services by villa team (Villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, and securities).

Check-in: 3pm | Check-out: 11am
Early check-in and late check-out may be organised and is subject to availability charges may apply.
Chef Fee
Private Chef service included. In-villa shopping: THB 300 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT. Pre-arrival shopping: THB 650 or 25% of grocery cost (whichever is higher) + 7% VAT.
Linen and Towels
Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every five (5) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges.
No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.
Extra Bedding and Child Policy
Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds in the master bedroom can be arranged.
A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa. Other baby items for hire are car seat, baby monitor and camera.
Additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
Smoking & Pet Policy
Smoking is allowed at designated smoking areas only.
While we love our furry friends, pets are not allowed on this particular property.
